Latte Beige Abstract Cut Velvet Pillow Cover

I purchased six pillow covers because they were advertised as “cut velvet.” As someone who owns several genuine cut velvet textiles, I expected a fabric with distinct cut and uncut pile creating a dimensional texture. Instead, I received a patterned velvet with a uniform pile whose design is primarily created by its reflective surface. While others may like the look, it did not match my reasonable expectation of what “cut velvet” typically refers to.

The bigger disappointment was the company’s customer service and return policy.

Their website prominently promotes a customer satisfaction guarantee, which gave me confidence to place a large order. Only after receiving the pillows and requesting a return did I discover the fine print that orders of five or more items are not eligible for return. Despite explaining that the product description was misleading, I was told I would be responsible for return shipping.

I would caution any buyer against purchasing from this company.

Beautifully crafted worth every penny. I would order from this provider again.
