At Pillowhan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that our products are carefully crafted and inspected. Please review the following return and refund policies before placing your order.
Pillow Covers Return Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at order@pillowhan.com before sending back any item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for orders of 5 items or more.

Customers who have previously returned a product are not eligible to return again from the same product category.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will cover the return shipping in such cases.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Upholstery Fabrics Return Policy

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Fabrics must be in original condition—uncut, unaltered, and unused. Cut, altered, or soiled fabrics cannot be returned.

Wholesale Orders: Orders of 5 yards or more are considered wholesale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the fabric is defective or incorrect.

Sample Orders: To avoid inconvenience, we strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample before purchasing yardage. Samples ship within 24 hours via express courier.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to stock availability. If the requested fabric is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund (if eligible).

Quality Control & Production Notes:

All fabrics are inspected three times before shipment to ensure quality.

In rare cases of a minor, point-based production flaw, the entire fabric cannot be returned. Instead, compensation will be provided at a 1:2 ratio (e.g., 1 yard with a flaw = 2 yards replacement).

Additional Information

EU Customers: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Processing Time: Refunds typically appear within 1–3 business days after approval, but please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
