At Pillowhan, we are happy to offer custom orders to help you create the perfect pillows for your home. Here’s how our custom order process works:

How to Place a Custom Order:

• Contact us at hello@pillowhan.com with details of your custom request, including dimensions, fabric preferences, and any specific design ideas you have in mind.
• Our team will review your request and provide a quote and estimated timeline for your custom pillow covers.

• For a balanced look, choose pillows that are proportionate to your furniture size.
• If you like a fuller, more structured appearance, use inserts that are 1-2 inches larger than your pillow cover size.

-24x24 Pillow Cover: Use with a 26x26 insert
-18x18 Pillow Cover: Use with a 20x20 insert
-12x20 Pillow Cover: Use with a 14x20 insert etc.

• Mix and match different sizes and shapes to add your style.

Return Conditions

• Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Product-specific return limits apply

Return Shipping Options

All eligible returns must be started through our Pillowhan Returns Center:

You can choose one of two return shipping options:

• Ship with your own carrier: You may use a carrier of your choice and pay the shipping cost directly. After shipping, you must enter the tracking number in the Returns Center.
• Use a Pillowhan return label: A return label will be provided through the Returns Center. Once shipped, no additional action is required. After we receive and approve your return, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

Return shipping costs are covered by Pillowhan only for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Pillow Covers:

Maximum 4 per order. Orders of 5 or more are not eligible for return.

Pillow Inserts:

Maximum 4 per order. Orders of 5 or more are not eligible for return. Vacuum packaging must remain unopened for hygiene and health reasons.

Sofa Throws:

Maximum 2 per order. Orders of 3 or more are not eligible for return.

Bed Throw Sets:

Maximum 1 per order. Orders of 2 or more are not eligible for return.

Bedding Sets:

Maximum 1 per order. Orders of 2 or more are not eligible for return.

Upholstery Fabrics:

Must be uncut, unaltered, unused, and unsoiled. Orders of 5 yards or more are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the same eligibility conditions and quantity limits as returns.
• The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item through the Pillowhan Returns Center and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

If you used a Pillowhan-provided return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. Below are the guidelines for cancelling an order or changing your shipping address:

Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can still return the item after delivery by following our return policy.
• To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at order@pillowhan.com

Address Change:

• If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.

We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• USA: Shipping takes 2-5 business days.
• Canada: Shipping takes 3-6 business days.
• All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx for faster and more reliable service.
