At Pillowhan, we are happy to offer custom orders to help you create the perfect pillows for your home. Here’s how our custom order process works:
How to Place a Custom Order:
- Contact us at order@pillowhan.com with details of your custom request, including dimensions, fabric preferences, and any specific design ideas you have in mind.
- Our team will review your request and provide a quote and estimated timeline for your custom pillow covers.
How to Choose the Right Size!
- For a balanced look, choose pillows that are proportionate to your furniture size.
- If you like a fuller, more structured appearance, use inserts that are 1-2 inches larger than your pillow cover size.
-24x24 Pillow Cover: Use with a 26x26 insert
-18x18 Pillow Cover: Use with a 20x20 insert
-12x20 Pillow Cover: Use with a 14x20 insert etc.
- Mix and match different sizes and shapes to add your style.
Fabric Swatch!
We understand that choosing the right fabric is important when styling your home, which is why we offer fabric swatches to help you make the perfect decision.
Return and Exchange!
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.
Exchange Conditions:
- You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or process a full refund.
Return and Exchange Process:

- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary shipping details.
- After your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Cancellation and Address Change!
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. Below are the guidelines for cancelling an order or changing your shipping address:
Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can still return the item after delivery by following our return policy.
- To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at order@pillowhan.com
Address Change:
- If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
Shipping and Processing Time
We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- USA: Shipping takes 2-5 business days.
- Canada: Shipping takes 3-6 business days.
- All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx for faster and more reliable service.
