Very thick, well made material. Wish the zipper was full the length of the side of the pillow, but it’s pretty close so it’s totally fine. When I ordered this, I did so because the item said machine washable and that’s what I wanted. It is, but the card I got with the purchase said spot cleaning or hand washing is recommended.
